Brian Van Holt is an American actor known for tough-guy supporting roles in film and television. His archive here includes a nude scene opposite Sylvester Stallone in Bullet To The Head, from 2012. That action thriller cast him as a rival hitman alongside Stallone's lead. The scene in question mixes underwear with a sex scene, not just a quick skin shot. It's the one title on file, but it counts among his more explicit screen work. Van Holt built his career on gritty, masculine parts across studio action pictures and cable dramas. This particular clip stands out for showing a more physical, stripped-down side of his work. CelebMasta's archive holds one video on him, centered entirely on that Bullet To The Head scene.

Directed by Walter Hill
Brian Van Holt shares an underwear scene with Sylvester Stallone in Bullet To The Head, caught in a stretch of the film that plays up both actors in their briefs before things turn sexy. It is a rare pairing of the two stars in a state of undress within the same frame.
