X-men (2014)

X-Men: Days of Future Past, released in 2014, mixes time-travel science fiction with mutant-versus-machine action as its cast moves between two eras to stop an extinction event. Hugh Jackman returns as Wolverine, and the archive holds 1 scene clip tied to him from the film. It's a brief body shot in passing, not a sex scene, so keep expectations in check.
