The Scorpion King (2002)

"The Scorpion King" is the sword-and-sandal action spinoff that launched Dwayne Johnson from wrestling ring to leading man, all oiled muscle, desert warfare, and ancient kingdoms hanging in the balance. The film leans hard into beefcake spectacle, and it's Johnson's own physique doing most of the heavy lifting on that front. There's just 1 scene clipped from the movie on site, but it's a solid one, catching him in a state of undress that fans of his early career still hunt down. For anyone who came up watching him wrestle before he became a box office fixture, this is the flesh-baring starting point worth revisiting.
