The Pass (2016)

"The Pass" is a tense drama unfolding almost entirely inside a hotel room, following two footballers across a decade of hidden encounters on the eve of major matches. Russell Tovey and Nico Mirallegro carry the weight of the story, their chemistry pushing the material into raw, vulnerable territory as the pair navigate ambition, secrecy, and desire. Arinze Kene rounds out the cast in a role that adds further friction to the closed-door setup.
