Smallville (2001)

Smallville tracked a teenage Clark Kent as he hid his growing powers and inched toward the Superman he was destined to become, mixing high school drama with comic book plotting across its run on The CW. Justin Hartley joined partway through as Green Arrow, a role that brought him a loyal following well before his later Hollywood parts. CelebMasta holds 1 scene from the series, with Hartley shirtless in a clip that stands out against the show's otherwise clean-cut tone.
