Simon & the Oaks is a Swedish period drama set across World War II, following two families and a bookish boy pulled into a world far removed from his own as it examines friendship, identity, and class. Bill Skarsgard appears in the cast, well before his later Hollywood horror roles. The archive holds 2 scenes from his performance here, including nude material rare for a title this restrained in tone.
