Sense8 (2015)

Sense8 is the Wachowskis' ambitious Netflix sci-fi series about eight strangers scattered across the globe who discover they're mentally and emotionally linked, sharing skills, sensations, and more than a few beds. The show built a reputation as one of the most sexually fearless series ever streamed, with a cast willing to go all in. Max Riemelt bares all with a confidence few actors match, while Miguel Angel Silvestre's sex scenes remain some of the most talked-about of the entire run. Brian J. Smith, Toby Onwumere, Alfonso Herrera, and Max Mauff all get their own turns in front of the camera, rounding out an ensemble that treats nudity as an extension of the story rather than a distraction from it. The 9 scenes gathered here span everything from sprawling group encounters to quieter, intimate nude scenes between just two bodies. For a show obsessed with connection in every sense of the word, the skin on display never feels incidental.
