I Know This Much Is True (2020)

"I Know This Much Is True" is the HBO limited series based on Wally Lamb's novel, built around identical twin brothers whose lives come apart under the weight of family trauma and mental illness. Mark Ruffalo plays both roles, a dual performance that required him to gain and lose significant weight for each character. The archive holds 3 scenes of Ruffalo nude and in sex scenes from the series, including a bathtub scene that's the one people come here for. This is a show willing to put its lead fully on screen, not just in dialogue about his characters' unraveling.
