Bad Times At The El Royale (2018)

Bad Times at the El Royale is a 2018 neo-noir thriller from writer-director Drew Goddard, following a group of strangers with hidden agendas who converge on a rundown hotel straddling the California-Nevada border in the late 1960s. Chris Hemsworth commands the back half of the film as a magnetic, menacing cult leader who spends much of his screen time shirtless, flaunting that famous physique at every turn. The single scene collected here catches him at his most bare and swaggering, worth a look for anyone drawn to this stylish crime tale for reasons beyond the plot.
